This is genuine - company started by a guy on another forum I frequent who's worked in insurance for years and helped loads of members out with excellent advice. OK it's ambulance chasing, but it's no different to the policy you will be charged extra for every year (assuming you don't opt out) aside from costing you nothing.

AFAIK Frank their cut is the same as anyone else who offers this sort of product/service. What these guys are trying to do is gain market share by offering what they do for free instead of charging the usual £10-£25 for it that's always included in motor policies these days.
