FIXED Apache test page or 403 forbidden ERROR

OK, I think at long last we have found the issue that has been bugging the forum for the past 6 months.

When accessing the site from outside the UK or on some 3G networks, the site would block you.

This was due to your ip address you were using appearing on the spam list - SPAMHAUS

We have now lifted this list checking plus if you do get blocked, you will be directed to a new page that requests you email us your access info. Hopefully you will never see it but if you do, can you please take the time to fill it in as there may be other rules we have to lift.

However, my phone is messing about at the moment so I'll switch it off and on again and see if that makes any difference.

Hum, someone tried to hack the server last night due to us lifting the security. We might have to put it back on again. Ill let you know if we do.
