Eurospares Tyre Deal for GT/GC/QP

Whilst browsing Eurospares I saw these Pirelli PZero tyres for the GT/S and QP on offer at £60 excl VAT per tyre which seems pretty reasonable to me.

My QP has 245/40 ZR19 (98Y) Rosso tyres which are those recommended by Maserati and on then Pirelli website. Does anyone know if the Eurospares ones would be a suitable replacement, i.e. does the slightly lower load index between 94Y and 98Y matter and could it affect insurance having a tyre that was not the recommended one? What's the difference between Rosso and normal Zeros?

My QP too has 98Y on them. The ones advertised are 94Y
I would be interested in others comments
I bought a spare front tyre last year for about £155 as yet unused,
Maybe some business can be done here?
ie purchase 2 94Y and sell the unused 98Y

Not criticising the offer but I would not use a tyre with a load index below that specified by the car manufacturer.
