Dead easy mate, I think you can get anything you want although some will be easier via the US, there's a big following. Failing that I reckon Nissan still carry a lot - they rebuilt a few and sold them from dealerships a few years ago!

Looks a bit trick that one, wheels, exhaust, and I note it is listed as a 2800, so a 280 lump in 240 shell perhaps?

Love 240's, would really like a met blue one on Wolfies.... spot the 70's child!

Me too Paco , not too sure that Copart have got the details right , it is a 240Z for sure , tho not stated but ive rung and checked , apparently they have recieved the logbook at their head office today and its being posted to the York depot, so all will become clear , ive alredy found all the parts from a source that gets them from Vietnam , around £1500 , he's had another enquiry for the same parts already apparently its a genuine car and well known on the Zclub as being one of the best of its year around

so are you buying it Loz?

Well i will deifnately put in a bid Adam on around the £1000 -£1200 mark and see what happens nearer the auction end , gives me time to find out what they can go for and in what condition , i would want to keep it for a year or two ,its a teen thing i could never afford one when i was younger, in fact i wasn't here i was working in the M/east but always wanted one , be nice to get it out the system for that sort of money

I'll think about it further if im lucky enough to get it , if it as genuine a car as i have been informed , it would be sensible to keep it as original as possible, my oldest will love it another drifting car , he'd have it stripped out like his AE86 and going sideways round every roundabout on the south coast

Really nice ones are over £10k these days, but they have to be "really" nice, mint original or mint restored. I reckon a smart original one should be worth £6-7k all day long.

At least you get no salvage snobbery - this is a restoration! You'd be doing less to that than I did on my Spitfire at 17!!! (and quite possibly a slightly more professional job)

What with? I guess that depends on whether he'd paid the bill for digging it in the first place....

My brother inlaw worked for Southern water, they laid the special separate water main and drainage for the sliding pool, it had a garage underneath the pool when it was opened up , Google Octav Botner , you'll see he was a right colourful character and very worldly in his younger years , untill the system colluded against him , shortly after he died he was exonerated , a true local philanthrapist
