There was a blue 02 manual spyder like Mike's for sale on Autotrader last year, I seem to remember it for sale in the Manchester area. One came back on the market at Castle Motors in Liskeard, Cornwall recently. think they've took a deposit on it now. https://www.castlemotors.com/search?size=n_24_n&filters[0][field]=manufacturer&filters[0][values][0]=Maserati&filters[0][type]=any&sort[0][field]=_score&sort[0][direction]=desc&sort[1][field]=price&sort[1][direction]=desc

We’re taking about the same car! It was on sale in Yorkshire and moved to a Manchester. Derek needed to move it on, it sure where it went :(

I couldn’t live with the colour of the Cornish car :(

It was quite reasonable price as well especially if it had all that clutch work done being the same car.

Thats the one. It went for £12k and then was up for £15k which was reasonable after the money he’d spent on kids and tidying it up.

This is just making me kick myself again!

Thanks Peter; just down the road as well.

just that bit too leggy for me as a ‘forever car’.

I do appreciate eyes out for one though! :)

Might be finally getting round to selling my 2003 Spyder. 69k miles, Manual, interior carbon pack ( I have never seen another car with this option) , Argento Luna colour with blue hood and blue interior. Sat nav, parking sensors, CD changer, toolkit, wind stop kit, correct tyre compressor. PS4s all round that have only done a few miles, forum brake discs all round (still look like new!) and EBC pads.
The 2003 cars have a more rigid chassis (less flex) a glass rear window, V8 wing badges and various other electrical and mechanical enhancements that paved the way for the facelift cars the following year. As such it still has the classic body and the nicer (imho) grille.

I've owned it for 12 years, and its been very well cared for. Lives in my garage. You can see it in my avatar behind the Aston. Its unmolested, so it does have some stone chips on the nose and some very minor marks here and there. It's in spanking running order. Everything works as it should. No corrosion and its great underneath - I had the subframes undersealed by a specialist.
I've never fixed the sticky buttons and vents, so it needs that. Clutch has 40k on it, but doesn't show any signs of giving up. Its a manual so, driven properly, the clutches are not the same issue as they are on the CC cars.
I'm in Derbyshire. PM me if you're interested. I'll be looking for £25k - 27k Yes, it's on the higher side but it's a good car and according to the factory it's build spec (colour, options etc) is absolutely unique. Its the only one like it in the world!

Argento Luna is a stunning colour!
It is when matched to the Scurro blu interior...
I am not likely to get especially excited about either on its own but there is/was a GS recently up for sale with this colour combo...
It just works !
