Doing a late night trawl of ebay and came across this example. Obviously a little scant on the important details. But it's only 20 mins from me. Anyone have any useful info on the car?

Don’t know this individual car, but my black QP was particularly prone to showing up the inevitable stone chips both in front and behind of the rear wheel arches. Doesn’t bother some people on a relatively high mileage and old car, but it bothered me.

Key things to check are the condition of the front subframe and that the variators have been adapted. If you have to tackle those jobs, you’ll be spending £4K or so. If these have been done, it could go for a song given the current state of the market.

Probably won't hit reserve but as above subframe, variations and wishbones would be my callout to check

Yes but only some Maserati. By your feet on left, next to brakes, linked to the sticky up thing that moves forward, backwards and side to side in the centre. Not fitted to qp though!

I feel your pain. I need to paint cills, rear qtr and rear doors because of rash. I really didn't want to have to paint the car but it drives me nuts

For 'old' read 'classic' - it's just a matter of time.

Still looks a damm sight better than other saloons of the time. Mind time and classic car values are never kind to saloons. For long term financial protection always buy a convertible, then a coupe and finally a saloon.
