Damaged 3200

Usualy takes a day for tyres when I put them on Loz ... Been a few weeks ... Perhaps he is away and hasn't picked the car up though.

Let's assume the repair is so cheap and easy.

If it was my lovely, cared for, well maintained cherished beauty, then the repair would have been done within a few weeks. Hopefully in my case on the mandatory fully comp insurance policy the car demands. If for some reason it was deemed economic write off, maybe I would have got it back then fixed it.

What's stopping the original owner ?
