Connect iPhone to QPV?

Last time I looked, which was a few years ago, there was no easy way to get music on my phone through the QPV (2005/6) Infotainment system. Just wondering if anything's changed? My days of burning CDs and grovelling under the dash are past. TIA.

No easy way, but you can hook up an iPhone to one of the radio channels with a cable. I had a guy do this for me 6 years back so the plug end for my iPhone now needs a lightning adaptor but it still works fine. The cable to the infotainment system sits under the carpet alongside the centre tunnel.

Easy and cheap method. Works fine and you can stream from your iTunes and any internet radio station on your phone. Just select a frequency that’s not used by a local FM station.

Does the 2005/6 QPV have the USB and Aux in the glove box? If so, then a bluetooth-to-aux adaptor works well (maybe with an inline amplifier added).
