Concrete Garages.

In the process of moving house, and I'd like to build a bigger garage on the slab,
I can fit a 24' X 12' garage on the existing slab.
Anyone have any experience of concrete pre-fab garages?

I'd personally go for a block built garage if you're starting from scratch.
Costs a bit more but its definitely worth it in my opinion.

Put a timber one up I got mine from Warwick buildings.co.UK still looks good several years down the line and condensation free as opposed to concrete or brick built. If you got the money the oak ones are really nice see them in the back of classic and sports car magazine. Phil.

Yes, thought of that Phil, but substantially more expensive in timber!!!

What about a pre-fab SIPS garage? Do they exist? I would be hoping that they did.

Timber buildings just breathe so much better which is great for us putting our precious metals into.
