Matt (Conaero) and I looked at the complete mechanism with rubber plate attached and decided that it was not trivial - I would be pleased to be proved wrong. And even then, I only have 6 or 7 takers, so it's not really viable.

No worries. I can get used brake and accelerator for around 60 each I just don't really like the standard metal version. Prefer the mc and your dead pedal look.

Pretty sure I fitted mine with self tappers and 3M. Server me fine

As far as I can tell from ones online. The pedal is just plastic so either the rubber or metal cover is bonded to it and fitted with a small bracket that hooks over the top. I will keep a look out for a salvage set to fit.

Premier Pedals (I think) in the US. Very good

I now have confirmed pricing for the flappy paddles. They will be slightly higher than I had estimated at £115.00 per set inc postage. They will be shot-blasted and anodised matt-black. Can those that have previously shown interest please confirm that they would still want them at this price?
Could these be machined to have the +/- as open holes? That way they can be dipped etc without having to worry about markings. Like this:

My brake and accelerator pedals are showing signs of age, Granturismo 2008, as to be expected. Looking to replace the rubbers, but as expected Eurospares prices are ridiculous for what they are. Is this run now dead. If so, anyone suggest where I might find replacement pedal covers. Don't care whether nuggets of CNC machined or rubber. Ditto the accelerator side wall rub panel. Might stretch to some decent carpets. Worth sprucing her up now that she's been thoroughly breathed over by Matt and Ashley
