Cleaning tech cloth

Is there a specific product or method of cleaning the tech cloth inserts? We have found that some warm water on the tip of a microfibre towel is enough to dry up a light stain, but after trying it again on another very light stain, it appears to have very marginally increased in size. If anyone has any good experiences cleaning tech cloth, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

With thanks,
Felix

Hi Felix, I've had good results with Mothers Carpet & Upholstery all fabric cleaner. It is a hand pump spray and I wipe off with a soft cloth.
I had used Meguiars Carpet & Upholstery cleaner in a foam spray. I find the Mothers better and more controllable on the amount of product delivered.
Both available at SuperCheap or AutoBarn, maybe even Repco.
Do not use a brush of any type as it will loosen fibres.
Maybe this has been pointed out before but to my eyes the tech cloth is there to imitate carbon fibre look in a cloth. Just saying.

Thanks Bruce.
I presume that a thin, even layer of foam would be enough, then just leave to dry? It appears very delicate, so a brush will not be going near it. Also, as you can see in my signature, I have the black/silver tech cloth, and from your avatar, it appears that you may have the same? Lovely colour by the way! :)

Kind regards,
Felix

Bruce and Felix, one thing I had found out was to clean the whole area. Another words don't spot clean cuz it will leave a spot where u cleaned
