Choosing my Quattroporte, a little help needed

Aye, the 4.7 is a wonderful sound, as it is in the 8C and the Disco Volante.

I was talking about the Sport GT having an X pipe and central resonator delete well, at least that's what the spec sheet I find on here says anyhow.

They all have x-pipes but they are silenced not raw pipe!

On its own I am not sure an xpipe makes much difference. Slightly louder maybe. Now sports cats is a different matter. With all 3 mods it is ear bleed loud unless you are sat behind the double glazing.

I'd take that with a pinch of salt, mines an Exec GT and doesn't have many of those standard bits! I think they are largely hand-assembled, and what you got was what Luigi had in the box at the time.....

Agreed, sounds great when someone else drives it off but inside the cabin you cant hear anything!
