As much as I like the seventies era you will never get away from the fact that such cars usually came with a non-optional extra - rust. This one apparently had a bare metal respray 12 years ago and it looks like further work is now required, at what cost? I remember seeing a lovely blue Indy at a major auction house a few years ago, sadly though it's then recent respary couldn't hide the rot waiting to bubble up from the depths and it didn't sell.

I consider myself brave Urby but not stupid , My lack of passion for the Indy does not reach to a bottom less pit , i would never be content with a less than perfect body hence a continual drain on resources keeping it up to scratch , once a car has been got at by rust you can only keep it back so long , and Phil H is right , it'll always come back to haunt you , and for a car that wont appreciate in value by that much or ever be that desirable in my view not really worth all that anxiety
