Aside from the look does a spoiler of that size really make any difference - I vaguely recall an original road test advising they tried a bigger spoiler but aerodynamically it didn't work out?

It does seem more cosmetic, the trick being...does it look like it something put there by the factory......not Joe Bloggs under the arches.....

Looks like what it is..an aftermarket item thats been stuck on the car for appearance.
Its not that cheap and after cost of paint it will stick on with double sided tape that will hold water and eventually just drop off one day going down the motorway.
spoilers are either permenantly fixed or a waste of time and money.
you are totally dependant on the quality of the adhesive on that tape.
I know your all going to say "thats a bit negative adam" but its what i have come to experience and personally if its not a factory option then leave well alone.

I agree with you Adam, stick with factory options. How it was meant to be. If the italian designer wanted a rear lip he would have put one on in the first place!
Are we saying we are better than Pininfarina at design?

Andrew

Agree but you are opening a whole can of worms there because did Guigiaro design the Gransport's additional side skirts spoilers etc..............?!

Cheers

Doesn't add anything to the car IMHO also as other have said, it just looks stuck on.

You can get similar for the Alfa 159 and they look **** too.
