Beckham's Ferrari Superamerica

Saw this in the Graypaul workshop the other day. David Beckhams Ferrari - or one of them.

Tacky doesn't even come close to describing this car. The Superamerica was never one of my favourite cars, but what Beckham, or more likely his lunatic wife, has done to this beggars belief. Just look at the wheels....

Oh now that's, er, distinctive. Each to their own, I suppose, but those wheels don't get my vote. Unless the picture is reversed it's a LHD, is that right?

Didnt he buy that when he was in Spain? I remember at the time having my automotive tates offended. Generally speaking, I think he's incredibly stylish. I do think he's a bit clueless with some of the car mods though.

Fortunarely, they can be swapped easily enough.

I went to the FOC Consours recently and a SA won 'car of the show'. Nothing to do with the owner sponsoring the even, oh no, nothing at all. But, as nice as it was, and it was stunning, I'd take a standard 575.....and drive it everwhere, every day!

It shows, even with money, people have no taste. Why bling a ferrari? Be putting underfloor lights on it next.
Mind you, because of the Beckham link, the car will sell for well over the odds.

Hopefully it's a work in progress. He's got the wheels exactly right, but next he needs to add the trick air suspension so he can get it bouncing, and then finally he needs to lift off everything that's made by Ferrari and replace it all the stuff off a chevvy Impala. At least that way he'll have the car he deserves and the Ferrari can be donated to someone that will respect it.
