There's enough evidence in the Mathewsons photos to have me worried, interior looks tired, missing covers under the bonnet, boot trim missing or out of place. On top of that factor in its Cat status and lack of service information would mean as a minimum I would have to go and look before I would bid.
I always have the issue with Mathewsons is the lack of additional info they give other than photos and a video, no attempt to point out good or bad bits which would mean you nearly always have to go and see or take a punt blind
