Probably get a good bit selling the plate too, so I reckon the car could end being nearer £3.5k....

Ah yes there's a point...Plus to be honest if it was a lemon you could probably get your money back in selling the parts off her....

I'm no stranger to cars with bad reputations and the most reliable car I've ever owned was my 4200, so I could have trusted that. I bet you'd have got a year or twos worth of fun then broken it for spares. With hindsight someone has got a bargain!

Wonder if it'll reappear on eBay for £7k, normal plate and no mention of history? If insurance job is unrecorded, it'll probably happen.
