Went shopping earlier, a fox ran out and I ended up with a part of the bumper missing. Bought a s/h one from scrap dealer in silver for £50, bought two tins of Colorado red spray and 4 sheets of 800 wet and dry. After some faffing with seized bolts I got the old bumper off and new one sprayed up on, hoovered, washed, jobs a good un.

I remember when my son had a bump in his first car, local scrappy had the part int he right colour and after an afternoon work we got it sorted.

An 03 Fiesta with part of the bumper missing would've been a sure thing to get pulled over by the police and I need the car so had to act quick.

Looks a tidy Fiesta especially being 21 years old and in my opinion the Best one they made that Zetec motor was bullet proof and a nice drive too.

Good little motor Phil.
I had a 1.7 Puma before, drove great, brilliant car apart from rot, rot, rot and the worse headlights I’ve ever had on a car.

Pumas becoming collectable now and were a great little driving car used now by the Targa Rally boys and girls.
Rust was a problem on those but that Yamaha motor was a little gem.

Great little engine Phil. It’ll be like other Fords where rust has decimated most of them and the ones that have been well kept will eventually command high prices.
