It still looks the bollox even now. Dump the V6, drop in a four-seven...but keep the turbo setup
Why of why that ugly nonsensically aggressive maw?

Not exactly a vote of confidence lolMaserati definitely breathes a huge sigh of relief
Now that looks more like it. IMO better than the chunky 4c variation being pushed........though I fear seeing both will be highly unlikelyit looks to me like possibly Maserati have 2 coupe models cooking here, there is the MC20 with a mid engined V6 layout, which you have been sharing photos of and there is the original Alfieri concept coming out this year as a 4WD all electric offering. They both look pretty good really.

Maserati confirms that an electric Alfieri will arrive in 2020, shortly after a conventionally powered variant is releasedwww.autocar.co.uk
They have delayed launch of the new cars to September, unsurprisingly.
It may be that i never see a new Maserati in my lifetime as the combination of their tremendously slow R&D and Covid-19 may well see the Levante as the last one. What a ** ending, a bit like Game of Thrones.
is there a different article you saw on Autocar? the one you linked above is 3.5 years old - unless I'm missing somethingit looks to me like possibly Maserati have 2 coupe models cooking here, there is the MC20 with a mid engined V6 layout, which you have been sharing photos of and there is the original Alfieri concept coming out this year as a 4WD all electric offering.
