First impressions is it’s too tall. Hence the black roof to disguise it.
But I guess if it’s a shortened wheelbase, but the floor/ seat position is standard guilia the proportions will be compromised. A bit like those short minis.

Exactly this. But they have done a stellar job considering the car they started with.

And it's 6 speed manual too.
