One of my all time fav Touring car racer...

My first was also a 1.8 8V followed by a 2L TS wide body which was a massive step on from the first one...

what a fantastic couple of 155s.

I remember when they came out and I was a local FIAT/Alfa dealer (in my Uno) and a guy turned up in one. I was amazed by the look of the thing; I remember not being able to believe how small the headlights were...

Still a great looking motor in my opinion; I take a picture of one every time I see one in Edinburgh; quite a rare car now though...

i had a 2 litre sportpack 155 last year to thrash around the track. They are good fun but roll a bit compaired to modern stuff. Most are now not much above scrap value as cambelt/variator change is needed every 3 years at around £400 a pop! so not cheap to maintain so most owners dont bother and scrap when its goes bang

Afraid I have a 2 week old boy at moment so very . Its a shame but its too far for me to do in a day ( i am in manchester). I would love to. If there is one much later in the year I cant see why not, am looking for a alfa 75 as I think that would be good fun as to me its not how fast I can get round a track , just exploring the limits

£500 is a cheap 155, a half decent example and your looking at a grand+ :) Paid £1200 for V6 7months ago, prices slowly climbing up :)
And if fancy a Q4 your looking around 5k seen non-running Q4's up for 3k+

I've got some great footage of a 155 Q4 at the Scottish Italian Car Day from a couple of years back.

I'll dig it out later on...

I still want one at some point. There is a full DTM replica in Retro Car magazine this month, read it about 100 times in WH Smith.

Two 155's thats a bit greedy...You must like them........I drove a V6 once but ended up going for the 2L TS because it felt like it was a better balanced car....Love the sound of the V6 but it felt a little heavy compaired to the 2L TS.....

i Love the 155, used to have a 2.0 16v WB sportpack in rosso 130...lovely car. Ive been without one for about 8 years now and want to get another one. I keep a watch out on the various forums as soon as the right car comes along it will be mine and it will go away in the garage with the 75.

The 155 is rock bottom now and we all know what happens to Alfas when the bad ones get scrapped or stripped for parts and the few good ones get locked away in collections. Prices go up. Def a good Alfa to buy now and you could argue a good investment if u get the right one.
