It's a head over heart day and I've put my Gransport up for sale.

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3383748.htm

She's spent a lot of time on the motorway, but has never caused me any problems. I'm just putting too many miles on her now.

I may well have a complete change of heart in the next 24 hours, but for now I'm trying to do the sensible thing.

Thanks for the comments guys - I'm still very torn.

I've got a company called Dads Speed Shop offering to sell the car for me - I can see advantages of it but am a little sceptical, any one had any experience with them?

Always nice to see a high mileage Maserati - gives us all confidence.

Not heard of the place offering SOR I am afraid.

The engine if serviced properly is pretty well bullet proof and motorway miles I am sure do the car no harm and are probably good for it. The car looks gorgeous and at that price is a gift. You wont have any problem selling her. Dont dessert us here just cos you have lost her. I dont doubt that one day you will do the sensible thing and buy another Maserati even if it is just for weekends

I have heard of them but no comment either way. I have had one experience selling a car on consignment and my advice is don't do it. You lose control of your car and the process. You won't know who's driving it when or how. There aren't so many of these for sale that you will get buyers via a a consignment deal that otherwise you would miss. Geoff

If it makes you feel better, I doubt it will depreciate much from here on in.

Looks a *******! A bargain for somebody.

The price must be right, if there is a similar one with 40k for 1k more then its not much of a bargain but this is well priced and im guessing (dont beat me up) it can be had for 20k so thats good value.....
