When last chatting to Geoff at Shiltech regarding spares he mentioned a 5 percent price increase coming down the line from Ferrari. He wasn't sure whether this extended to Maserati, but you have to wonder....

Add to this the VAT increase due at year end and any big ticket purchases might be better made sooner rather than later....

Anyone else heard anything?

E....their prices are wildly unpredictable....linked to the euro, the way their contracts are run, the cycle in which they get parts made....quite a complex equation really......not really linked to the true value of the part, but just how nice the Maserati box looks!!

From what i have noticed, the prices for certain items has gone up substantially over the last year.

e.g 20inch QP wheels, atleast a increase of £100 just this year. With rumours of further increases.

It is a good idea to ring a few dealers if you are looking for a specific part, if they have old stock then most probably you would get the old price, as opposed to the new price when ordering an item into stock.
