I have recently had the sticky buttons done on my 4200 gt, but after assemble, no air comes through front vents although I can here the fan blowing.
I have tried a reset, by turning the battery of for 1 hour but no improvement . any ideas ?
Thanks for taking time to respond, i can confirm having taken the unit apart again and can confirm that the knobs are in the correct position. I have tried the reset the unit i.e by holding down the recirculation the and eco mode buttons down keep them pressed down and then turn the ignition on. But no fault codes come up, the display cycles between numerous numbers. I will make sure all the connections are properly seated.Have you cycled the direction unit to see if you have put the knob back on in the right place?
Is so there is a re-set for the HVAC system which you could try. That would also give you any fault codes in the temp gauge on the instrument cluster
Thanks for responding, are the fault codes the same on the 3200 as the 4200?Press and hold the recirc and eco mode buttons down keep them pressed down and then turn the ignition on. Watch the display just under where it shows the gear you are in. If there is a fault it should show up a series of codes in the display window.
Link for the codes is here
he display cycles between numerous numbers.

Thanks for the information i will try at the weekendWhen the display cycles between numbers and letters they are the fault codes and shown in pairs. Two pairs make up the fault code
You will get as an example something like AA shown followed by 00 which is the complete code. It will then move on to the next codes.
If your not confident post up all the letters and numbers the display shows you in order and i will decode them for you.
I will see what errors occur. Thanks for the helpIt does read like you may have multiple errors, which could be stuck flaps in the unit.
You could also try moving the direction control slowly to each position over a number of times to try and free them slowly...you may even hear the motor trying to move them if you do this with the ignition on (MAR position) but not started.
Sorry for the late reply my wife broke her leg, I will get the the fault codes when I go to the garage at the weekend. Thanks again
