It‘s a stage 2 F Type R cab pushing out about 625bhp. It’s a very surprising and capable car, I just did a 320 mile round trip to see Dem and the guys at the pub and, with the roof down and air con on, it averaged 36.8mpg. On track it was doing about 4. 0-60 in about 3 seconds and a top end of about 200.
Also, It handled better than Krishna's 720, albeit that was on winters. Return match needed!

Hi Matt. It was me you spoke to on the bay lol. Anyway just to reiterate mostly what others on here have said. I'd go Jaren route if I was you, whether GS or standard. My Jaren /GS setup doesn't drone except at idle, and valves open. Close the valves and it goes. But interestingly once on the move, you cannot tell if valves open or not... And there's no drone with either, to my ears. NOTE I also have a X pipe fitted as well.

There's also no noticeable power difference with valves open or closed (I have the key fob switch).

If u do want the standard boxes... PM me on here rather than buying off bay... I'll give you a better price
Hi Delmonte. V grateful for your advice. I’ve taken it and on Monday Jason is going to start work refurbishing and slightly modifying the two back boxes. Sorry not to have bought yours but he had a set…(and said he was looking for more so you might want to try him?)

Thought someone might be interested in seeing Jason's (Jaren Metalworks) refurbed/modified backbones look like. He did a great job, did it quickly (in just a few days) and they look good. We agreed that we'd use a set of original spec 4200 back boxes, repair them and remove a bit of the wadding. Now to fit them....
