Well Dem, there were a few deals being offered by some guys in London, MIJ in Walsall and Autoshield in Manchester.....ranging from a few hundred through to £600 or so, but pipes only not a back box.

Had no personal experience of Quicksilver tho its always been offered as an alternative , i remember doing some research before i went the Larini route , some awfully bad reviews if you research Quicksilver especially from the lotus boys i remember

I had Quicksilver on a MRK1 Elise..Never had any issue with it to be honest....The Larini was better I had on my MRK2 Elise though...

Thats correct Andy i have tubi's on my 4200 , completely different sound to the Larini on my Gransport , reckon to enhance it a little i would have to change the centre section aswell , but to be honest im happy with one of them being a tad quieter under 2500 ,thats when the tubi's come into their own

Here's a video of a Tubi on a 4200............There was a chap selling a Tubi on here last year...Remember him saying it was £2000 new.....

I have Tubi's on my 3200 and they sound great. They produce a deep, grumbly sound with lots of bass. But it is under all conditions (idling and driving) a very decent sound, not shouty at all.
