The clamps that hold the back box pipes to the center section pipes on my car have disintegrated, they seem to have been two triangular shaped plates with three bolt holes in each plate, one plate is on the back box pipe and one is on the center pipe, with three nuts / bolts clamping the plates together and keeping the two sections together. The problem I have is that these "plates" were fitted before the pipe ends were flared so I even if I could get new plates made up I cant get them onto the pipes without cutting them which then means I would have to put another clamp on each plate to hold the two cut sides together. Looking at the Eurospares diagram these plates seem to be the standard fitment, has any encountered / overcome this problem before, there is nothing wrong with the pipes ( they are stainless ) so I am loath to replace them.
