3200 Clutch Slave Cylinder

Hi all, my dads 3200 manual has a problem with jumping out of reverse and after checking the condition of the clutch (which seems good) we suspected an hydraulic problem. He's just replaced the clutch master and the pipe but the slave cylinder as some of you will know, is obsolete from Maserati.

Does anyone know of a slave cylinder from another car that will fit?

The first inch of travel on the pedal doesn't move the slave at all and the clutch in biting very close to the bottom.

I know someone that rebuilds these. If the slave cylinder is off the car you can send it to me.
