3200 auto box filter

as in filter at the bottom of the box? Pickup filter...it's a BTR aussie box, maybe Fram filters make one....

I'd imagine something like this would fit, but that's after just a couple of minutes of searching, so don't take my word for it:

Or does the box in this application use a different sump??

I'm sure some detailed searching and part referencing should pull it up...

I have changed the filter before and this certainly looks like the right part.

I will do a bit of digging, it seems can't get them from Maserati anymore.

Spent ages trying to source one of these.

Mcgraths received a supply some weeks ago @£50.00 and sent mine by return.

374831020 - but this could be McGraths part no ? My enquiries certainly showed it to be an Australian box, also fitted to some Fords, but very difficult to pin down precisely.

Thank's yes, that appears to be the Maserati part no, I contacted Alexbp transmission http://www.alexbp.com/# who cross referenced through my reg no and assured me that this one is the same part.

i explained to them i don't need any oil , and they will sell the filters and gaskets separately,
I see since, they have included Maserati in the description. I should have them Monday so time will tell

Wasn't planning on having the oil changed till summer, at its 12mth service, if you can all wait till then? Although I did order 2 so I can pass one set on F.O.C. to someone "for the cause" . Then again I might bite the bullet and have it done earlier.. Here is some history behind who makes the box. Under the "transmissions" tab will tell you which box was fitted to which car, interestingly it says the Maz was fitted with both the m72 and m74 boxes with the m72 being maz specific and the m74 being introduced 2000yr on..
