Not sure that's cheap for a LHD, probably bang on for a RHD though?

That has *THE* nicest interior I have ever seen on a Ferrari, just lovely.

Not sure it's cheap Andrew, I'd agree with the above sentiments.
Last year there were cars around for the low 20's. But I suppose as with everything things are starting to go up.

As above the price seems about right Andrew and I would imagine now they will only go up.....I bet they feel really slow these days...Lovely shape though.

i wouldn't say it was cheap and it is carb not fuel injection. You can get a decent fuel injection one for a little more dosh.

Andy, they aint too slow really, a mate of mine has one, well his dad, it is not too shabby, probably about the same performance as a hot hatch (Focus ST, Golf GTI)

well considering it's age, not really, and besides, they are not designed to be thrashed, they are designed to cruise and enjoy them. I like it and enjoy going out in it but i wouldn't buy one.

Sure they were designed to be driven as all Ferraris....couldn't really call any 2 seater Ferraris cruisers..could you?

Sounds to me rather like the seller has said to the dealer , it needs new tyres but keep it to the minimum, great sunny sunday morning car , but nota long distance Gt nowdays , for the last few years on the way down to Le mans and the way back home saw several of these broken down at the side of the road or on trailers on their way back to blighty

regards loz

It does suggest scrimping elsewhere certainly. That car would need a serious PPI before buying!

Would like to compare it with my Lotus (1981), bet the Turbo would take it :)

Lewis without a doubt...The Turbo may not have been the first choice at the time with its 4 pot but it was bloody fast in its day....

Ive been watching the 308 prices quite closely for a number of years as my dad is very keen on them..I would actually say this is a bit expensive, given LHD, and although the carb version is seen as slighty more desirable id price around 22k - 23k max.

This one on PH is really nice tho
