HRO will give you a courtesy car if you ask, but they're usually booked out about 2 months ahead. The service centre in Park Royal is for most, if not all, of their dealerships so demand is high. They're also quite expensive compared to other MDs IMO. Maranello or Joe Macari might be a better option given where you live? Maranello will certainly give you a Ghibli courtesy car.
