2010 Maserati Quattroporte Hi! Re: 2010 Maserati Quattroporte. We recently replaced the electric pump for the transmission shifter because it was burnt out. Now, when coming to a stop in traffic the transmission goes into neutral by itself and will not go back into drive unless the engine is turned off and restarted. The "Transmission Failure" light is on. Question: 1. Does the computer have to be reset with a scan tool after the repair in order for the transmission to work properly? 2. What brand and model of aftermarket dealer type scan tool that is compatible with all brands including this year and model Maserati do you recommend?
