When I did my 4200 as I'm fully technically qualified and F Gas certified a requirement for Toyota I was able to connect to both ports as stated on the right hand side looking in the bay.

Where can I buy a drier for the 3200 GT Air con system? I'm assuming its a fairly generic part probably fitted to many cars?

I’m not sure anyone has found a universal equivalent. But ES sell them for £53 so probably best just to go for one of those.

Bit of an update, GS pressure tested “O” ring replaced and regassed. Compressor not engaging. Fault code AA114 thrown up. Have tried reset using buttons on dash. Anyone any ideas or is it a trip to the main dealers.
Thanks

Sounds like you might have a duff pressure switch or sensor.

And I should say that a good AC company should be able to test them without the need for a dealer.

Thanks Zep where would I look to check them? This is the connection to compressor it looks like something is melted beside it.

17 is the pressure switch, if this fails the compressor won’t engage. It’s going to be at the front near the radiator.

You (or anyone else) could link it out for a short time to see if the compressor clutch engages.

But having said that - make sure nothing has actually melted off of your compressor first....

I had this fault code amd even Emblem could not find what the issue was on one of my previous 4200s.

We believe it was linked to the external temp sensor but the AC worked fine.

Just got GS on lift took these photos. It looks like it’s resin. Shiltech put on the new compressor, it’s been a pain ever since. I’m resorting to Graypaul on Tuesday to try and sort. Hopefully if it needs changing it’s not engine out.
