...as a first-gen Italian-American, can confirm. That said, I married a Costa Rican who makes Italian women seem French in comparison.
What's your experience with French women then ?
I did date an Italian a few years ago and wasn't disappointed.

Tried to watch this movie yesterday, with my car-mad youngest daughter. But a wasted journey (well, not totally wasted, as went in the 911 which was fun), as we weren‘t allowed in. She’s 13 and the film is a 15! I’d not bothered checking as assumed it was just a car movie. Oh well.
Just mention it so no one else makes the same stupid mistake.

My daughter is 10 and we watched together the Ford Lemans movie a few years back and she loved it. Was planning to go with her to watch Ferrari... pity.

I think it’s 15 because there are a few quite graphic scenes of carnage, such as the Portago accident in the 57 Mille Miglia …

Saw it in Glasgow just after Xmas. 1st time in cinema in years so booked VIP screen so unlimited food and non alcoholic drink and then a large electric recliner chair and nibbles and drinks during the film.
Enjoyed the film and non petrolhead partner did as well.
Cars looked and sounded fantastic

That sounds like it's just about the money, if graphic violence is unacceptable for a minor to watch how does having a parent sat next to you change that.
