Can't be many MCVs on the road in the UK - 10(?) - so it's unusual to find 2 of them on the market simultaneously; the one above and a LHD black on black car at Giallo. I much prefer it in the Blue though ...

Interesting the Giallo car is LHD (not actually mentioned in the advert and only seen in the pictures) and not shown as imported. Maybe the original buyer was late to the party given it is a 57 plate and there were no more RHD cars left, but it is car no. 071 and so would have been built well before that reg. date and then registered in the UK later. Mine is the second to last RHD car built.

Is it the same one that was at Nuvola for a while & on Collecting Cars a while back?
London car iirc

That Lhd MCV is a very interesting priced car for the LHD market.
If i did not own a Gransport allready, i would be very interested, despite the black in and outside.
Would have been great with the dark red alcantara/leather interior.

It seems there are still some optimistic dealers out there, looking at this one that’s just come on the market(?) …

This 4200 sold for £7,500 on Car and Classic's auction site.

I recently watched an old Jeremy Clarkson Top Gear video in which he slated the Quattroporte IV but one interesting part was in a pub where he asked several people what they thought of Maserati and many hadn't heard of them but knew Lamborghini and Ferrari.

I should think this moment in time is probably the worse time to sell. Winter is bad enough but a couple of days before Christmas, the current downturn in the market all keeping the prices low.
Maseratis are a niche market at the best of times.

They never fully marketed their heritage. A big mistake as far as I'm concerned.
My youngsters at work saw them as a designer brand akin to DG, Prada etc. Nothing to do with Motorsport heritage.

Good observation … and I think they’re reinforcing that designer brand notion through their current marketing strategy, with Beckham on board.

Looked a very tidy car indeed and what a buy for MGB GT money too.

Looks like this one is easing a little to keener pricing.
I test drove this one before buying Andy4200's car instead - in my (subjective, of course) opinion, it didn't feel anywhere near as well sorted as Andy's did with near 70,000 more miles on the clock. That's not necessarily to knock this car, but I wouldn't be surprised if it would really want a bit of fettling post purchase to be its best.

20+ year old cars now, condition/how the car drives over how many miles it's done would be my preference like yourself.
