    The Rarest 3200!

I suppose it's understandable if they had excess series 1 engines when they switched over to series 2. Are there any great benefits to having an EGR?

    The Rarest 3200!

I've just had my car inspected by Mike at Roberts Aerospace for someone who wants to buy it (other than a few minor issues, it passed everything). One thing that confused Mike immensely was that my car is a series 2 model, with all the OEDB connectors yet seems to have a series 1 engine with no...

    Fantastic Service Offer

You couldn't have a word in their shell like and ask if they could possibly extend that offer until end of October?? :)

    2001 3200 GT 66,500 miles - £10500

I've found a good detailed set of insrtuctions on here and will attempt it this weekend. I've ordered the Evo stick 191 adhesive cleaner. Can anyone recommend which glues I should use? Thanks

    2001 3200 GT 66,500 miles - £10500

Thanks. I may well look into that this weekend.

    3200 GT - History Anyone?

That's an interesting viewpoint... I could sell my car to a dealer for £8k and they'll then sell it on to you for £11k. It's the same car, and you'd get no more guarantees from a dealer than you could from me - you could buy your own warranty for the car if it worries you that much...

    2001 3200 GT 66,500 miles - £10500

I'm relisting this with a new price. After driving this beauty over the last few weeks since it's had all it's work done, and hearing that sublime exhaust note at 5000 revs, along with the insane acceleration, I have realised that I am seriously underpricing this beast of a motor. Servicing...

    3200 GT - History Anyone?

In fact... In light of reading some other threads about cheap maseratis scaring people off, I've upped my price to a better price as well as uploaded a whole lot of new photos. Driving it on the dual carraigeway last night and hearing that exhaust note at 5500 revs in third gear also...

    3200 GT - History Anyone?

Just wondernig why you would consider this car when my car is cheaper and has a full service history and no blown engine problems (and a nicer interior!) http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/4193524.htm

    GS side skirts on 3200?

If you remove the rear splitter then you'll need to add a spoiler of some sorts to genetrate downforce at the rear. The front splitter will put all the downforce at the front of the car so the rear wing should be fairly substantial to balance it out. Not that I'm an airodynamics expert...

    Latest offer for you guys...

Wowzers!! I'm selling my car because of the cam-chain service costs... Having second thoughts now! It would certainly improve the value, and saleability, of my car if I had it done..! Very tempting..

    2001 3200 GT 66,500 miles - £9000

My next car, funnily enough, is going to be the 159 V6 Q4. If no bites by the end of the week, I will take some better images this weekend and rebrand the advert and up the price to 10k...! In fact, that would be a great way to sell things - up the price every week by £500 until someone...

    2001 3200 GT 66,500 miles - £9000

Thanks for the input - it is too honest! I assumed that anyone who was going to buy a 3200 would know that the chains need doing at 68500 miles and that they can be costly to run. I didn't want anyone to try and knock the price down on that basis. I'll take that line out of all the adverts...

    Help! 3200 ABS ECU needed!

Hi Jono They usually come up on eBay for about £750. I was lucky enough to get one for £400 from someone who was breaking their car. You might want to also look into what caused the ECU to fail as, from my experience and from what I've read, there is an underlying cause. Mine was because...

    2001 3200 GT 66,500 miles - £9000

I was wondering if that might be the case. I've added the servicing details to the original post so you can see that it has been very well looked after in it's life and the engine runs so sweetly as a result. This really would be a bargain! Maybe I should just do the chains myself and then...
