I think it's a stunning car. For me personally the black wheels don't work as it's a bit too 'bruv' on a black car but it should be relatively inexpensive to have them refinished in silver which to my eyes would make the car perfect.

It's obviously a much bigger and economically stronger market.
LHD = whole of Europe
RHD = tiny market with more of an economic pinch since Brexit meaning less people buying toys.
Before Brexit European buyers bought cheap LHD cars in the UK as they were less desirable here and drove them...
The French market and UK market have zero relevance to each other so forgive me I don't see the point you are making.
Old 996's are worth double UK RHD prices in Europe. Desirable LHD cars like 911's sold in the UK are generally priced higher as dealers are well aware they are headed for EU...
Things are a bit different in the UK post brexit though! Not really a relevant comparison. Look at the price of old Boxsters in the UK vs Europe

No comparison with JLR. I ran two XKR's, similar big coupes. A vast network of specialists who know the usual issues and vast availability of parts for reasonable cost.
It is the parts costs on Maserati and high cost of general maintenance that make them trickier to own.

The US economy is in very different shape to the UK. Classic car and supercar prices are very strong in the US. Very different to our situation

I know one of his Dad's mates. Insanely wealthy family, he can afford not to blink an eye. His wealth is generational, nothing to do with youtube

They really haven't to be honest. I've had three. My first was in 2001 at two years old I paid £80k. 2nd in 2007 at £55k, third in 2013 at £45k. Today average ones are still in the £50k range.
360's have pretty much been static. If you keep one for five years you'll spend more in maintenance...
Bentley were not allowed to state previous ownership when selling on her Mulsanne a couple of years ago. The most that could be said was one elderly lady owner from Central London :)
That's a shame. I'm guessing it would be prohibitive cost to change it back? Friend bought a Gallardo from new, had the Murcielago (as it was then) door conversion done and found the car impossible to sell three years later.
