But that does have great health benefits in persuading you to not buy **** processed foods that are full of fat and entrails served by a spotty youth with no hygiene sense.
"A doctor writes," what is wrong with a bit of fat and entrail? I love a good fat sausage lightly sprinkled with acne pus. I have survived despite eating these over the years. I put it down to a robust immune system. Anyway at times at the back of the beer queue I felt like shouting "let me through, I'm an alcoholic!" very frustrating. BTW does anyone know a factory that could bash out 10,000 little metal coins with zero security features?

Just watched the race on C4.
Again F1 needs to have a serious look at itself for the Ending. I've seen better organisation at a club meeting.
Not just that- but the grid penalties are ridiculously out of whack....
Ho hum...at least DRS was within the bounds of realistic @Monza...something else I usually find I struggle to find does anything but distort the racing...

Shows how even F1 cars handle differently in the wet and even F1 drivers feel is not always enough.

Well done Sergio

Exciting at the front, with Charles pushing Checo most of the time and a few good scraps behind with Max making a mess of it and coming back twice and Lewis making a mess of it as well but not really managing to get back up there. Not the best day for Mercedes. And good to see Ricciardo towards the front.

That was a bizarre end to the World Championship race…..the FIA once again embarrassing itself by not informing how points would be given out during the race, ie they don’t even understand their own regulations. The race itself was good to watch with some nice battles and the end of course was exciting with the Perez/Leclerc, Lewis/Ocon and Alonso/Seb fights. Leclerc going straight at the last chicane just about sums up his and Ferrari’s challenge this year: not close and no cigar. congrats to Max for a great season, he was pretty untouchable for most of it. Sad to see Ricciardo out of a drive next year, he at least provided some light entertainment.

It’ll be interesting to see what comes out of the budget cap statement today. I don’t really see how they can enforce that in any case. Coming from a financial background, anyone can cook the books. Sponsorship deals of suppliers can value the products supplied too low. There are so many ways to defer costs, capitalise costs etc. that you will never get a clear view of what was actually spent. Obviously the spotlight will always be on the winner as the others have a vested interest to get them demoted, it’s just all fun and games and back room politics IMO.

Some interesting racing, well done to Max he has been the best driver all season.

Ferrari need to steppe in a number of areas mainly strategy, they leave the drivers just too much to do and unfortunately good as they are they are not a match for Max and Red Bull at the moment

Bathurst was far better in every single way

and the post race celebrations apparently weren’t bad either, SvG had to run out of a live news interview the following morning to throw up.

When asked for an update on van Gisbergen’s condition, Tander said: “I think he’s now curled up in the foetal position in a corner somewhere, so I’m not sure we’re going to hear from him anymore this morning. It’s hard work doing a thousand kays around here; it was harder work getting him up this morning.”

BS end to a BS season with a BS "new" formula and BS rules that they make up as they go along.

I call BS on that ;)

That's an FIA decision right there

Wasn't impressed to be waking up at 6am for the Japanese GP and the race starting at 8am for limited running. They should start the race earlier if fading daylight is that much of an issue - like Brasil the track needs drainage improvements to deal with the rivers - there is a climate crisis going on these weather events are only going to continue and the sport needs to adapt

I agree totally about climate change but having a GP in Japan in October is always going to be asking for rain delays.

Great racing and one of my favourite tracks. Epic…

BTCC at the weekend was brilliant as well. Season decider that always seems to go to the wire with 4 contenders. Very exciting racing. Then there is the Gunetta Journey support race which is just crazy….Track limits….What track limits.

Bathurst is the best! I was fortunate enough to drive in the first 'Big Race' there in 1963. It was called the Armstrong 500 (500 miles) then, and was for strictly straight-from-the showroom cars. Classes were arranged in price range.

Barry Ferguson won class A in a VW Beetle. I managed 5th, also in a VW Beetle. Barry and I met up at Motorclassica on Sunday, and had a great chat. The 'virtues' of swing-axles were discussed in detail.:)

I'm the one with the specs...

Happy Days indeed.
I love reminiscing with old friends who started out as other competitors from when I started Rallying in the 80's until I did my last a Rally Sprint back in 2012.
Still do the same with the people I met doing the Motorcycle Enduro Racing.
Best Times of your life :)

Well Well, seems Red Bull did overspend!

Rules are rules- they should be thrown out of last years championship positions and Max should lose that highly disputed and controversial title.

If you can’t accurately tally up what you’re spending you’re not complying with the rules.
Apart from 1 other, everyone else managed to comply.
