I'm keen for a spare too. Got a CF one on my 4200 atm.
Be careful ... Excessive polishing of your knob whilst sitting on a fence sounds a risky business to meWhat number of buyers do we need to get to, for the price to be nearer £100 than £200? While my knob is in excellent condition, I would hate for signs of wear to develop after my excessive polishing? I currently have splinters on my backside, from sitting on the fence here, but think this might be worth it, if the price was more in line with a budget SWMBO would approve.

Fernando, my dance card is kinda full right now, but I am a cnc programmer, and I have a nos briarwood knob to copy. If you need some help with this let me know.
Why not speak to Stindigs contacts and have a machined aluminium knob?Hi everyone
Sorry for the radio silence. This project sadly fell appart because the supplier pulled put a few months ago...
I had shelved this for a few months while I got the Torque Tube on my 4200 refurbished which was a more important project than a fresh shifter.
Now the tube is restored and my car is finally being reassembled I have put a few calls in and a very local engineering company seems eager to help
As before getting the shifter design into 3D CAD is proving challenging. I know how to do 2D CAD but do not have the software for 3D/Solid works and all of the colleagues I know in design at work don't have access to it either. There is one chap at work who might be willing to help but annoyingly I do not know him at all.
I have a meeting with the engineering company on Monday 18th October to discuss the options but it's looking likely I'll have to pay a third party to 3D scan it and add in the features such as the H pattern
I'll update once I know more.
I’m happy to provide a price, if someone can provide me a knob to scan (barn door open)Why not speak to Stindigs contacts and have a machined aluminium knob?

Which? Sending a knob or the barn door open? That's a dangerous request with some on here
Watch out for images coming your way.
To be fair he will be getting pictures of both and his grammar corrected by some tooWhich? Sending a knob or the barn door open?

Too much shine in the picture?Well, in fairness I was too busy trying to get a good picture of my knob to correct his grammar

Wasn't sure as to roll my foreskin back.
This could start a whole new debate.
Why do gaiters always collect crumbs and dust and you always need the crevice tool to get them out?I'm not rolling my gaiter for any man!
