If you enjoy port then there’s nothing like vintage port. It’s like candy in a glass. Of course it needs special treatment such as standing the bottle up for 24/48 hours prior to careful decanting as theres always easy sediment in an older vintage port. I use port tongs when I open old port, the cork usually crumbles away otherwise. It’s all good fun and worth all the trouble.

I meant that particular one? If it's a good deal, I might be temtped. OTOH I'm no longer a huge fan and have many home made digestifs this year.
In fact our local disciples of the bin have looked in my recylcing and called AA ;)

Not even gonna try. I can't drink 800 bottle before they start going past their best. I'll leave it to the Wine Society :)
