You do need to get the revs up beyond 4k to get the best from it, but I'm surprised if it really does feel slow. The GTS is no slouch and I was constantly amazed at how willingly mine would pick up its skirts and dash for the horizon.

Your car must stick out somewhat in Lowestoft!
I love that - YES Lowestoft is a SH1T H0LE - what a polite way to say it :)
I only got the car home yesterday. I haven't ragged it yet so I remain hopeful of the upper end of the rev range

Sport mode, in 4th or 5th at 3k rpm, drop it 2 and nail it, then tell me it feels like its towing a caravan :)

I haven't been for years so can't comment (was up in that neck of the woods for a night away recently but didn't hit Lowestoft). I just know that car would stick out anywhere that's not Sloane Street or the Middle East. Even without the wrap it would be an unusual sight in the wilds of East Anglia! :)

I saw a blue one for the first time ever within 50 miles of Lowestoft only 2 miles from home yesterday, I flashed him but he was 70+ and licking his windscreen.

I think he's a young chap in his 20's Capes, and sees all the standard colours as a bit old man. Beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that.

Smiffy, a car in a visual wrap such as yours is always going to be a talking point.

Thanks for your reply,

I wasn't expecting much but I did expect a little bit more. I will enjoy viewing the link but a 10k supercharger wont be happening. On my Impreza just a simple remap released 50bhp for £399, this was my first mod and is kind've what I was hoping for (wishful thinking hey).

Already I feel embarrassed about the wrap, maybe it won't last as long as I originally thought.

Does anyone know of anybody from East Anglia or any meets this way?

I still can't believe I own a Maserati, shame I'm skint now :)

One thing for sure...that wrap will have kept that beautiful blue paint in top condition.

Having a browse through the Novitic bits....Have you seen how much those wheels are....over 7000€.......EACH......Feck me.

This is correct and I do agree. I do like a lot of standard colours - each to their own I guess. The wrap "apparently" cos 11k, my local firm said they'd do it for 7k. Either way it seems a shame to tear it off, it could even be hiding something seriously ugly like a Man Utd badge.

I did look through both links but couldn't see any prices. Also having heard what the forum Guv'n said about the 500bhp upgrade being pointless has put me off tinkering with anything. Can you please send exact link of them wheels please. Cheers
