I reckon I'd have had to do a 'reply all' "if you can't park your current car, perhaps it's not unreasonable to suggest it is you that brings a smaller car to work?"
Or do a ' reply all' and make a polite and considered reply saying that if he is having difficulties parking his car, please give you a shout and you'd be happy to park it for him.
In the case you were parking a citroen DS 21 instead of the QP, there would be no complaints...

I was once told that if you are really upset by something at work then draft an e-mail without addressing it, save it to drafts and then come back to it a few hours later. Quite often you will be glad that you did not send it but you still have the option to do so.
