I suppose it looks a bit like a Fiat Regatta but there's no relation. The Trevi is a Lancia Beta Berlina with a boot while the Regatta was a Fiat Strada (Ritmo) with a boot. In fact it's only in the UK that Lancia tried to market the Trevi as a model in its own right while the rest of the world had it as the "Lancia Beta Trevi". Incidentally "trevi" is for trevolumi (three volumes) and nothing to do with the famous fountain in Rome.
The Trevi's claim to fame is its dashboard designed by Bellini, the Italian industrial designer who designed most of Olivetti's typewriters. The 'Trevidash' is a swiss-cheese looking thing with 28 holes for switches and warning lights.

All you 3200 (and 4200? don't know much about those) owners should have a good look at the Trevi's round air vents
Unfortunately pictures can be and in this case certainly is, very deceptive
