I forgot I still had these photo's in my phone. One of the many 42's I went to see before finding the right one. They wanted £18,500 for it. The SH was a bit sporadic but the re-spray was the clincher for me. Who in their right mind would accept a car back from the body shop like this???!!!C__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_$_58(1).jpgC__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_$_58(5).jpgC__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_$_58.jpg

Hi Stu!

Question there...why some 42 have air intakes undeneath the v8 lateral sign?
I ve seen them quite often on US cars but never in Europe....

That's the Vintage Pack together with the chrome door handles and maybe another bit or two.

Probably the same person who 'forgets' to get it MOT'd, check its history . big gap in 2010 and in 2013.
That was possibly when it was away getting sprayed. Looks like it was done between jobs, over time, and with different paint batches.

Hi Daniel........Hope your good!!

As the man said, it's the vintage pack which was a limited edition and personally speaking makes it worse looking with those 'Blingy' bits!!!
I noticed that as well Martin SH wasn't much better. They couldn't tell me about the damage, neither could the garage they bought it from or the owner before that!!

The sprayer must be colour blind or handed it back in the dark and then locked the garage door. The gap in 2010 was 10 months, second one was 6 weeks. Must have been too much for the owner.
