Which actuator do I change?

Hello forum

My 2006 quarttroporte GT only blows cold air on the passenger side. The driver's side is only hot air.

The condenser and compressor have been recently changed. The system is fully charged. That is why I'm leaning toward it being an actuator inside the dadh. Does anybody know which one I need to change in order to affect the driver's side temperature?

Or any other ideas would be appreciated.

Have you done a HAVAC diagnostic? That should give you a fault code so you would know which one it was causing the issue.

I have not done the diagnostic as I don't have a scanner specific to Maserati. I probably will purchase one. Does anybody know if the Foxwell NT530 would be able to do these diagnostics?

So I got the scanner this morning and here is a screen print of the data. Looks like I'll have to be removing the - to get to these actuators. In the interim I'm probably going to have to order sone.. so if anybody has a part # please let me know.

I think based on the diagram I'm looking at either number 24 or 32? The code is a bit vague as to which one of those it's actually supposed to be. I'm thinking the bypass because no matter what I select it's hot air on the driver's side... since all vents on that side are affected it probably all starts from the core.

Does anybody know of a write-up/video about removing the dash on a quarttroporte M139?

I've done quite a bit of searching and I see something on the grandturismo and the coupe/spyder.

I will have to access the actuators and that seems to be the only way. I removed the cluster and vents and there's no way for me to access the actuators even with flexible socket extensions.

Does anybody have any suggestions for the dash removal. Unfortunately I've damaged quite a bit of it trying to get it out. I'm not sure whether I can get it off the frame or the whole frame has to come out but I've been screwed about 20 different things, looked at used dashboard online to see if I can figure out the securing points and spent hours Searching the Web.

At this point I'm about to just start cutting the whole - off bit-by-bit and trying to find it useful to replace it.

I have removed and replaced dashboards on all kinds of cars before.... Mercedes, BMW and even alpha omega you've never seen anything like this before.
