Watched last night as entertaining as any of them but it was good to hear them begging up Maserati but although the entry price point is not that of Ferrari some of the maintenance bills can be. I was interested to see someone rebuilding an CC actuator as in the past a number of companies had tried and failed.

Well really loved watching that. I cannot believe that the gear box bit they did was £1300 for the Maserati/Ferrari part but the Alfa part that is the same was £130 and the suspension bit was £55 but Maserati would have changed it all at 2K … Robbing bastards…..What did amaze me was the sticking button bit. That blew my mind with the laser etching. Looks like a great car you have there.

It's only on Discovery, but will be syndicated in future. Its on prime, but not available to view. I've not actually viewed it myself yet!
It's on YouTube. I watched it yesterday. Good shout for Roland and his etching machine - amazing. Also, I think it was Mike at Maserati Shed that did the gearbox actuator - I might be wrong though. Good work whatever.

Just watched the episode, and what a great advert for 4200/3200s and the amount of support that's out there. A bit of British ingeniuty and these cars will go on for many more years. I was really impressed with the company that sorted out the gear actuator, they clearly know their stuff and that rig to test it. That should dispel any myths about these cars being expensive to run...

And again, well done John on the purchase and outshining Mike Brewer in doing the deal...
