It‘s not all for drinking. My wife makes a delicious Grand Marnier ice cream. Good alternative to brandy butter, with the Christmas pud.

That sounds delicious. Also a good way to bolster the calories in a christmas pudding. Suet, sugar and then more fat and sugar. Our forefathers needed the energy to survive through the winter.
