What car is this?

Saw this this evening, what is it?
Looked very well put together, with a flat four engine under the back, and carbon fibre chassis tub from what I could make out.
It just 'sat well' and I would imagine, a lot of fun!
Searching the number plate, it lists it as a 'DWYER' ??

It was very well put together, and i'm attracted to it in a funny sort of way
I would really like to know more, the number plate reflects 'DWYER' as well, but i'm no wiser!

it looks like a kit car, a bit of searching under kit cars you should find it. not sure i woudl bother does nto float my boat, the only kit car i fancied was

Its a Brabini GT....still can't find much info though.

It is correctly identified as a Brabini GT, a tiny bit of info about the kit designer on here but it seems he passed away. http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/forum/7/viewthread.php?fid=23&tid=161718&action=printable

I think it is a Hyabusa engined creation so probably a mad as a bucket of frogs to drive!

Its a German bloke that own it: Herr Dwyer and his wife is called Spin
