That feels like a great buy from a Maserati dealer......4.7's are rarely below 30k and when they are they tend to need work....

That shows you how the market values old saloons when the new one is out and saloons versus coupes and cabs.

That said I hope someone buys it as a keeper as it looks superb, love the colour scheme.

Exactly the same age and colour combo as mine (looks like black except in direct sun), similar spec except mine is Exec GT. So I think it's lovely :) Delighted to see it get such praise; I should be dismayed at the low price but I'd already discounted mine in my mind. Good deal I think with MD peace of mind too.

Throw a spanner in here
Yes it looks good and yes it looks a decent price
but
Is the S really worth £9000 more than an Exec GT which I suspect would be the range for one?

Horses for courses of course

Yes that's what I mean
A reasonable QP (Non S) would be about £20000 give or take
This one is almost £30000

I would like to upgrade one day, but this seems a step too far or am I wrong?

I will never own a QP in GT/S form as I don't want an auto box, it's really that simple.

Nothing wrong with that but I guess that means you will never own a QP built after 2007 or a GranTurismo built after....well at least you can still get them with the MC box in Europe. When the GranTurismo dies (2018-20?) that will probably be the end of naturally aspirated and manual (ish) Maseratis'.

The car in question shouldn't be listed, it sold within about 20 mins of being listed two weeks ago, it was around £5k underpriced.

Yep will go to MC Shift next, I don't want an auto box with paddles. I don't mind the old slush box in the 3200 :D

Not a surprise Dicky that it sold so quick at that price........The 4.7's are regarded as the best of the QP range and did seem rather cheap especially from a Maserati dealer.....Don't you have a QP GTS coming your way?
