Did your brakes feel better with all the new parts?...as my 3200 is rubbish in the brake department..
Dave
Very nice. I like the gold paint.
Stands on it's beautifull nose, your pads are probably too hard, have you tried getting the brakes REALLY hot,
and then see what they are like.
They are a big improvement from the old discs and pads, as the old discs were shot, badly scored and had worn quite a lip to the edges, they also had rubbish pads in them, crappy EBC yellow stuff.
The whole lot, Front and Rear Brembo Discs and new Mintex 1144 Compound Pads all round cost me less than £300.
That's an excellent price, especially when compared to this ...

I've just put new discs and formula EBC yellow pads on my 335D and they are fantastic. Easily pulling up from 140+ without judder or fade. Discs go blue quite nicely but not seen any fade as yet. The new yellow stuff is sooo much better than the old formula and I'm seriously thinking of putting them on the rear of my spyder when I change the discs in the very near future.
I have DS2500 on the front and Yellow stuff on the back....No brake fade whatsoever, work ok in the cold, but obviously a lot better when slightly warmed, which is most of the time Brembo 550 discs front and rear too...
Supplier of the disks Hukent????
